Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to supervise and support a remote therapy team working with individuals, couples, and families. This role blends direct telehealth care with day-to-day clinical supervision. You will help ensure that sessions are clinically sound, documentation is complete, and therapists have the support they need to serve their clients well.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to a manageable caseload of clients.
• Supervise and mentor therapists, offering feedback on clinical work and documentation.
• Monitor clinical risk, review safety plans, and coordinate follow-up when needed.
• Lead regular supervision and group consultation meetings.
• Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory standards and ensure team compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and service delivery goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Nevada license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, lead, or senior clinician role preferred.
• Strong background in telehealth or willingness to work entirely remotely.
• Comfortable providing feedback, supporting newer clinicians, and upholding clinical standards.
