Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Pay: $115,000 – $120,000

Job Summary
This Remote Licensed Therapist role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys a structured caseload, clear daytime hours, and the ability to focus on consistent client care through telehealth. Your work will include assessments, regular therapy sessions, and collaboration with a broader care team, all within a stable, full-time schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hold scheduled telehealth sessions with an assigned caseload of clients
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy for a range of clinical concerns
• Maintain clinical documentation that meets organizational and regulatory standards
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and clinical consultations as requested
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other providers when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Tennessee license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (independent licensure strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health
• Experience providing psychotherapy via telehealth is a plus
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Comfortable working with electronic health records and maintaining timely documentation
