Virtual Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) – California

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining a structured schedule.

Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Offer virtual counseling services, conduct assessments, and establish effective treatment plans.
• Document sessions, track progress, and maintain compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Work closely with a care team to coordinate treatment strategies.
• Support clients through crisis intervention when necessary.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Strong ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and client records.
