Video Editor Lead for Media Company (US-Based, Remote)

Our client is a media brand specializing in showcasing some of the world’s most luxurious and architecturally stunning homes across the UK, US, Dubai, Europe, and beyond. Through cinematic storytelling, they bring exclusive properties and lifestyles to life for a global audience. We’re helping them find a skilled Senior Video Editor who can craft captivating visual stories for both long-form and short-form platforms.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce long-form and short-form videos highlighting luxury properties and lifestyle experiences.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver engaging visual narratives aligned with the brand’s premium tone and aesthetic.
• Perform color correction, sound design, and add motion graphics to enhance video quality.
• Repurpose long-form footage into short, engaging clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Ensure consistency in branding, pacing, and visual storytelling across all content.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple edits efficiently.
• Provide creative direction and support junior editors as needed (aligned with senior/managerial expectations).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally in luxury, real estate, lifestyle, or travel content (portfolio required).
• Senior-level experience with the ability to mentor or manage other editors.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, and cinematic pacing.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and operate effectively within UK time zone hour
