Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an LMFT to support clients who are navigating complex relationship and family issues. This remote role centers on providing structured, focused therapy sessions, helping clients identify patterns, strengthen communication, and create more stable home environments. Your time will be spent in direct sessions, care coordination, and clear, organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with relational and emotional concerns.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and risk evaluations when needed.
• Create treatment plans with concrete goals tied to relationship and family outcomes.
• Offer practical tools for communication, parenting, boundary-setting, and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with schools, medical providers, or community resources when appropriate.
• Ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in New York.
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience working with couples and families preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records.
