Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth services to clients across Washington. Your day will focus on scheduled virtual sessions, structured assessments, and practical treatment planning to support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday stressors.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
• Complete intakes, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Develop and update treatment plans with clear, realistic goals.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate with other providers when clients need additional services or referrals.
• Attend virtual team meetings and clinical consultations as required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Active Washington license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent independent social work license.
• 1–2+ years of experience providing clinical therapy.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting and using telehealth technology.
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. is a plus).
