Location: New York
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring an LMFT to provide virtual therapy to a steady caseload of adults, couples, and families. You’ll focus on practical, outcome-oriented work: understanding client needs, setting realistic goals, and helping them make changes that improve daily life and relationships. Your workday will be organized, with scheduled appointments and time set aside for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments via video.
• Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop and review treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
• Use evidence-informed approaches to address anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and family conflict.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical records in the EHR.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in New York.
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience working with couples and families preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records.
