Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Texas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
This role is for a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist who wants to do meaningful clinical work without commuting. You’ll see clients online, help them set manageable goals, and walk with them through the ups and downs of daily life. You’ll have a predictable weekday schedule and the structure you need to stay grounded in your work.

Duties:

• Provide one-to-one therapy sessions through a secure video platform.
• Conduct intake assessments and update diagnostic impressions as needed.
• Build treatment plans that are specific, measurable, and realistic for each client.
• Keep thorough, timely clinical notes and documentation.
• Work with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other supports when needed.
• Take part in virtual huddles, supervision, and ongoing learning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience in mental health.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
• Able to manage time, boundaries, and workflow in a remote setting.
