Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Texas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary:
As a Remote Clinical Therapist, you’ll provide therapy to clients who are looking for a steady, reliable place to talk. Most of your day will be spent in scheduled video sessions, followed by documentation and brief coordination with other providers. The pace is structured and consistent, giving you room to plan your week and show up fully for each session.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual intakes and ongoing therapy appointments.
• Develop treatment plans that match client needs and priorities.
• Revisit goals regularly and adjust interventions when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of each session and clinical decision.
• Collaborate with a remote team through email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Use clear protocols for safety planning and heightened risk.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience in mental health.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
• Able to manage time, boundaries, and workflow in a remote setting.
