Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Texas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Position:
We’re looking for a Virtual Mental Health Therapist who’s comfortable building rapport through a screen. Clients will meet with you from their homes, workplaces, and cars between shifts, and you’ll help them turn those small windows of time into something useful. You’ll have the backing of a clinical team, but the day-to-day work will be yours to shape with each client.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Hold scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with individuals (and families when needed).
• Perform assessments, gather history, and identify key concerns.
• Create treatment plans that feel manageable for clients’ real lives.
• Document progress, plans, and risk assessments within expected timeframes.
• Communicate with other professionals involved in client care when appropriate.
• Join regular virtual staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience in mental health.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
• Able to manage time, boundaries, and workflow in a remote setting.
