Remote Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Texas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
This Remote Licensed Therapist role is for someone who wants to do solid clinical work in a clear, organized setting. You’ll carry a defined caseload, meet with clients online, and help them sort through stress, relationships, work pressures, and long-standing patterns. You’ll have a predictable rhythm to your week and a team that values realistic expectations.

Main Duties:

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions on a set schedule.
• Conduct assessments and document diagnostic impressions.
• Build and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Complete notes and documentation within policy timeframes.
• Partner with other clinicians and referral sources when coordination is needed.
• Take part in remote check-ins, supervision, and clinical discussions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Previous clinical experience in mental health.
• Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
• Able to manage time, boundaries, and workflow in a remote setting.
