We are expanding our talent bench of skilled Customer Support Consultants to work remotely and support customers in the crypto trading industry.

Requirements

  • At least 6–12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services
  • Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
  • Crypto industry knowledge
  • CRM experience in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
