Be part of a dynamic team in Israel as a Principal NIC Architect, crafting innovative networking solutions. 

What you'll be doing:

• Deeply understand NIC hardware and pioneer advancements in next-generation technologies.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, ASIC developers, analog and packaging teams, to drive forward our ambitious networking projects.

• Engage in research and development to explore innovative ways to improve AI workloads using NIC technology.

• Prototype and validate new approaches through simulation or hardware, ensuring flawless implementation and integration into our products. 

What we need to see:

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Over 15 years of experience in ASIC development, with a proven track record of success.

• Deep expertise in NIC architecture and its applications in AI.

• Outstanding analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated projects involving multiple teams and interfaces. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Proven experience in driving innovation and the successful implementation of new technologies.

• Extensive knowledge of networking hardware implementation and protocols, alongside expertise in AI.

• Experience with large-scale, high-end ASICs, showcasing your ability to compete at a world-class level.
