Agility Robotics is seeking a strategic account manager who will work with our existing and new strategic customers as our human centric robot Digit expands the market. You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. To ensure success as a strategic accounts manager, you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry and the ability to navigate complex customer engagement cycles. An outstanding strategic accounts manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and business development expertise result in successful partnerships with customers. Beyond technical acumen, we highly value individuals who embody integrity, demonstrate a strong team-focused approach, and are committed to fostering a collaborative and ethical sales environment.

  • Strategic Opportunity Identification & Development:
    • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new strategic business opportunities within target industries and accounts through market research, networking, and inbound lead qualification.
    • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand complex customer needs and align them with our robotic solutions.
  • Relationship Management & Consultative Approach:
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive insights into how our robotic products and services can help to solve specific customer challenges.
    • Guide existing strategic accounts through a deep engagement identifying opportunities for expanded product adoption and long-term partnership.
    • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, effectively communicating our value proposition at all levels of the organization from C-suite to operations.
  • Sales Process Leadership & Support:
    • Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from qualification to contract closure working with a wide range of customer stakeholders.
    • Ensure meticulous and timely updates within our CRM system providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
    • Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Unwavering integrity and strong ethical conduct, ensuring all interactions uphold the highest professional standards.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to collective goals and supporting colleagues.
  • Demonstrated passion for and understanding of robotics, automation, AI and have proven experience bringing nascent technologies to market at scale.
  • Strategic Enterprise level thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or engineering related fields or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
  • Minimum 8 years sales experience in the technology B2B environment.

 

 


 

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

 

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.

Anticipated Base Salary Range
$136,000—$212,000 USD

In addition to base pay, our competitive total rewards package consists of the following for full-time employees:
