About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
Overview
Legora is looking for a Marketing Director, Global Strategic Accounts to own the marketing strategy and execution for our top-tier customer accounts globally. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, driving account-based programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across new business, upsell, and renewal motions within our most strategic accounts. You'll lead a team responsible for turning account intelligence into targeted, high-impact programs, and you'll be directly accountable for the pipeline contribution these accounts deliver.
What you'll do
You'll direct the account-based marketing strategy for Legora's global strategic accounts, spanning ABM campaigns, experiential and field events, and land-and-expand programs designed to deepen penetration within existing accounts and open doors in target new logos. This includes building and maintaining account mapping and account plans in close partnership with sales and customer success, identifying whitespace, key stakeholders, and buying committees within each account, and translating that intelligence into targeted marketing programs.
You'll own pipeline generation and acceleration targets for the strategic account segment, reporting regularly on program contribution to new business pipeline, upsell/expansion pipeline, and renewal support, and adjusting program mix based on what's moving the needle. You'll manage relationships with GTM leads across sales, customer success, and revenue operations, aligning marketing programs to account strategy and quarterly priorities, and ensuring marketing is embedded in account planning and QBRs rather than operating alongside it.
You'll design and run experiential programs, including executive events, dinners, roundtables, and bespoke account experiences, aimed at building relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. You'll lead and develop a team of ABM and program marketers, setting priorities, allocating resources across accounts, and ensuring consistent, high-quality program execution. You'll also build the operating rhythm for the segment, including account tiering, program cadence, budget allocation, and reporting, so that strategic account marketing runs as a repeatable, measurable motion rather than one-off campaigns.
What you'll bring
You'll bring several years of B2B marketing experience with a meaningful chunk of that in account-based marketing or field marketing for enterprise/strategic accounts, ideally in a SaaS or complex B2B sales environment. You should have direct experience partnering with sales leadership on account strategy and being accountable to a pipeline number, along with a track record of running experiential or executive-level programs. Experience managing a team and demonstrated skill translating account and buyer intelligence into targeted marketing programs (rather than generic campaigns adapted to accounts) round out the ideal background. Comfort with a matrixed environment, since this role requires influencing sales, CS, and revenue operations leaders without direct authority over them, is essential.
