What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Director, Field Process & Automation to own the process backbone of our revenue engine — the connective tissue that turns strategy into repeatable, scalable, AI-enabled execution across the global field organization. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations, you will design the end-to-end revenue processes that span the account-to-pipeline, pipeline-to-forecast, quote-to-cash, and deploy-to-consume lifecycle, embedding automation and AI into every workflow while safeguarding data governance and SOX compliance.
This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to how CoreWeave sells and operates while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave. As the owner of this Center of Excellence, you will lead and grow the Field Process & Automation team, set the standard that the field and our regional teams run on, and partner with the other RevOps pillars and regional leaders to ensure processes scale consistently across segments and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and grow the Field Process & Automation team, developing the team’s capabilities and maturing it into a high-performing function as CoreWeave scales.
- Buyer & Field Process Alignment: Own buyer and field process design across the full account-to-pipeline through deploy-to-consume lifecycle, ensuring methodology alignment that makes the revenue motion repeatable and scalable.
- AI-First Process Design & Adoption: Lead AI-first process design, optimization, and adoption, applying automation and intelligent agents to streamline the revenue motion and free the field to focus on selling.
- Revenue Tech Stack Management: Own and manage the revenue tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, revenue intelligence, CPQ, analytics) in partnership with IT, driving AI adoption across the field toolset as a single, well-integrated operating platform.
- Data Governance & Operational Reporting: Establish data governance, SOX controls, and operational reporting that create a single source of truth for revenue data and support public-company reporting standards.
- Cross-Functional Programs: Run cross-functional NPI, M&A, and lead-to-cash programs, integrating acquired teams and new products into standardized operating processes.
- Cross-Pillar & Regional Partnership: Partner with IT, Field Planning & Performance, Field Readiness, Deal Strategy & Execution, and regional RevOps leaders to ensure processes and systems scale consistently and adopt cleanly across segments and geographies.
Who You Are
- 15+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business process design, with several years leading process and systems transformation in high-growth B2B technology.
- Deep CRM expertise (advanced configuration, automation, reporting); hands-on fluency with CPQ, revenue intelligence (Clari, Gong), and sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft).
- Demonstrated success embedding AI and automation into revenue workflows to drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Strong grasp of data governance, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance in a public-company environment.
- Proven change-management capability leading large-scale process redesigns and technology implementations.
- Track record leading and growing high-performing process, systems, or revenue operations teams, developing talent and maturing the function as the business scales.
- Strong analytical fluency and the ability to translate complex operational reality into clean, scalable process.
