The Network Automation & Intelligence Platforms team seeks a Senior Manager to lead and develop the future of our network infrastructure. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to work on bold projects that push boundaries, supporting a world-class atmosphere for technological excellence and reliable network operations.


What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the development and implementation of advanced network automation and intelligence solutions enabling corporate offices, campuses, HPC data centers, contract manufacturing facilities, labs interconnected through global PoP based backbone and SD-WAN.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and complete flawless network infrastructure strategies.
  • Own platform architecture decisions: source of truth, CI/CD, orchestration, observability integration, and agent/AI platforms
  • Managing a team of skilled engineers, providing mentorship and encouraging a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Build the skills framework and enablement programs that scale automation contribution beyond the core team.
  • Identifying and addressing potential network issues proactively to maintain outstanding service levels.

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ overall years in network engineering or network software, with 4+ years leading engineering teams
  • Proven expertise in network automation, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Good understanding of network protocols and architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage a high-performing team.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proven track record of successfully implementing complex projects.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience deploying LLM/agent-based tooling in operations with strong governance.
  • Solid background in cybersecurity and network security practices.
  • Experience in large-scale GPU/AI fabrics, InfiniBand, or high-performance networks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated dedication to encouraging diversity and inclusion.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
