About the Role

Glean Technologies, Inc. has multiple positions available for a Software Engineer. As a Software Engineer, you will help build a software-based platform that can scale indefinitely, including scalable enterprise search solutions. You will work across distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to deliver secure, high-quality products that meet customer needs.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications spanning front-end interfaces, REST APIs, and application servers.
Build large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems, preferably with knowledge of performance benchmarking tools and performance tuning on Linux-based systems.
Perform thorough code reviews for peers, including interface design, code quality, and testing strategies.
Understand customer requirements and implement them in our solution.
Work closely with the company’s product teams to understand customer requirements and ensure features satisfy those requirements and are delivered effectively and with high quality.
Implement data ingestion pipelines to retrieve data from enterprise data sources and build a secure search index over that data using C++, Java, Python, or Go.
Design and implement user interfaces that enterprise workers use to search enterprise content, and design an API to build other search-based applications.

Who You Are

You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
You have experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning.
You have experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
You have experience with Python.
You have experience with PyTorch.
You have experience with TensorFlow.
You have experience with Anomaly Detection.
You have experience with Scikit-learn.
You have experience with AWS.
You have experience with NLP.
You have experience with Security and data engineering.

Location: Mountain View, CA. Telecommuting is an option.

Compensation & Benefits

The standard base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $278,900 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
