Track contract milestones, CLIN deliverables, and invoicing alignment with Programs.
Keep mission activities and customer engagements accurately logged and reported in Salesforce.
Create and maintain SOPs, deployment checklists, AAR workflows, and a central repository for mission documentation.
Prepare leadership briefings and support cross-functional meetings and action-item tracking.

Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BI tools and ERP systems
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, workflows)
Background in defense, aerospace, maritime technology, or DoD-adjacent environments
Familiarity with logistics planning, operational readiness cycles, or field operations
