Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. In this role, you will help design, implement, operate, and improve TensorWave’s corporate network infrastructure, with an initial focus on the modernization of our network.

Troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues using network diagnostic and packet-analysis tools.
Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration documentation, IP addressing information, connection schedules, standards, and operating procedures.
Participate in network changes, upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and incident response.
Work with telecommunications carriers, technology vendors, managed service providers, and other external partners as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Share technical knowledge and networking best practices with Corporate IT team members and provide peer mentoring and technical guidance.
Support the development of repeatable network standards that can be applied across TensorWave corporate locations.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives
Set clear expectations and provide feedback to support performance and development
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
