ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Director, Infrastructure Growth who is passionate about bringing Connected Warfare (CW) products into classified mission sets. CW is building the next generation of integrated hardware and software systems, which supports the vital data flow and application usage to the front lines, enabling intelligent, AI driven operations, even in the most contested environments.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with classified missions across the DoD and IC, as well as experience working with cloud and edge based systems, bringing advanced tactical communications and compute infrastructure to market and can build a cohesive strategy to penetrate, expand, and deliver at-scale.

You will create and shape the strategic long-term business opportunities based on engagements with requirements owners, capability portfolio managers, and program offices. The ideal candidate for this role also has experience working directly with cloud service providers to bring cloud access to disadvantaged users, and an understanding of how to work directly with hyperscale cloud service providers and frontier AI providers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own CW’s Classified Capture Strategy: Architect and execute a multi-year growth plan to embed Connected Warfare as the definitive solution for tactical edge networking and compute across TS/SCI fabrics.
Drive and Win Major Captures: Lead the entire lifecycle for strategic, complex pursuits—from shaping requirements and identifying funding to building winning coalitions and writing proposals that are impossible to ignore.
Be the Voice of the Mission: Serve as the critical bridge pressing operational challenges and Anduril’s technical teams. Translate user needs into concrete product requirements to ensure we are building what matters.
Build Partnerships: Forge and manage strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud providers, frontier AI companies, and other key industry partners to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert: Act as Anduril’s central authority on the classified technical and operational landscape for edge compute, tactical communications, and distributed systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in selling and scaling distributed systems for classified use cases and developing strong industry partnerships in the hardware or software product space
Demonstrated success leading and winning large-scale, competitive capture efforts for programs of significant value and strategic importance
Deep understanding of current demand signal for edge compute capabilities, and clear knowledge of emerging capabilities in the space
Mastery of the government acquisition process, budget cycles, and key transition pathways for moving from prototype to at-scale programs of record
Proven track record in leading capture efforts and securing programmatic funding for emerging technologies
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and strategic concepts to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to senior government executives
A "builder" mentality, with experience creating business strategies and executing on them in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Direct operational experience within the Intelligence Community or Special Operations Forces (SOF).
Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

US Salary Range

$220,000—$292,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
