The Senior Assistant operates with a high degree of independence within established frameworks and is recognized as a subject matter authority in a specific domain. This role requires excellent judgment, initiative, and the ability to influence outcomes through analytical insights and well-founded recommendations.
What you'll be doing:
Operation Support: Coordinate with the location director and management team to establish and supervise goals. Coordinate with cross-functional collaborators to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery. Assess how strategic goals are implemented within the business unit.
Information Management: Compiling data, preparing management reports, and preparing documents and presentations for meetings of the BU and partners.
Coordination and Connection: Serving as a communication bridge, conveying information and leading work progress between the Site Leader alongside the Leader Team and Managers.
Schedule Management: Arranging work schedules, meeting schedules, and domestic and international business trips; preparing logistics for trips.
Representation and Situation Handling: Representing the Site Leader in working with partners and customers, handling arising situations as authorized.
Define and establish methodologies, processes, and guidelines for or evolving assignments.
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
8+ years of significant professional experience.
Validated deep expertise in a specialty functional area.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proven track record of working independently with minimal direction.
Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
