About the Team

The IT GTM Systems team owns the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of the go-to-market technology stack that powers CoreWeave’s Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk functions. We partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners to design scalable Salesforce-based solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international expansion, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Systems Engineer (GTM), you’ll join the IT GTM Systems team as a hands-on Salesforce developer and administrator. You’ll help build, configure, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem that supports CoreWeave’s GTM organization while translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.

  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, permission sets, and other declarative configurations, to support GTM business processes.
  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, data quality, security and access controls, and system health monitoring.
  • Support and contribute to larger GTM systems initiatives, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international and multi-currency expansion, and compliance projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.
  • Collaborate with external implementation partners and consultants to support project delivery.
  • Write and maintain clear technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
  • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and change management processes to support high-quality, SOX-compliant releases.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks proactively.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or administration, ideally supporting a GTM, Sales, or RevOps organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Flow and process automation, validation rules, permission sets and profiles, reports and dashboards, and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and technical partners.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, multi-org environments, international expansion, or multi-currency implementations.
  • Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment or supporting formal change management and release processes.
