About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and hands-on Program Manager - Corporate Events & Experience to help shape how Crusoe shows up for our employees, partners, and clients. This role will play a key part in bringing our internal culture and external market presence to life through thoughtfully designed, high-impact event experiences.
As Program Manager, you will develop and execute end-to-end event programming in partnership with Workplace and Organizational Development leadership. You will lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of experiences, including multi-day development workshops, leadership summits, employee incentive trips, and enterprise-wide recognition programs, ensuring each experience reflects Crusoe’s mission and values.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role requiring someone who can balance strategic program development with hands-on event management. You will bring strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budget management skills while seamlessly navigating everything from executive-level presentations and complex event logistics to flawless on-the-ground execution.
What You'll Be Working On:
Internal Events, Incentive Programming and Culture
Enterprise Event Structure: Build a scalable, annual internal events framework from the ground up, ensuring consistent, memorable experiences that reflect Crusoe's mission and values.
Incentive & Recognition Trips: Design and operationalize elite employee incentive programs, milestone celebrations, and high-performer reward trips from venue sourcing to final execution.
Leadership & Offsite Programming: Own the end-to-end execution of executive retreats, board meetings, and company-wide leadership summits, ensuring precise alignment on goals and scheduling.
Cross-Functional Workplace Engagement: Partner with People Operations and Workplace teams to align internal events with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace culture spotlights.
Operational Excellence, Budget and Data
Fiscal Oversight: Manage the total corporate events budget across all internal and external portfolios, maximizing ROI and driving cost-efficiencies through strategic vendor contract negotiations.
Data-Driven Optimization: Establish KPIs for both internal employee satisfaction and external marketing ROI; leverage post-event data and metrics to continuously evolve event formats.
Process Scaling: Build reusable playbooks, vendor networks, tech-stack integrations (e.g., Salesforce, project management tools), and AI-driven workflows to streamline event production.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience leading event management, corporate hospitality, or experiential marketing, ideally within a high-growth technology, energy, or cloud infrastructure environment.
Certifications in meetings and events preferred, including but not limited to CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), CMM (Certificate in Meeting Management), CIS (Certified Incentive Specialist) or CITP (Certified Incentive Travel Professional).
Strategic Architecture & Execution: Proven ability to build event programs from scratch, managing simultaneous large-scale projects with an exceptional eye for detail.
Executive Presence: High emotional intelligence and comfort collaborating with, advising, and managing events for C-suite executives, enterprise clients, and external VIPs.
Vendor & Contract Mastery: Strong background in global venue sourcing, high-ticket catering, production contracts, and vendor management.
Tools & Tech Literacy: Experience utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce), marketing automation, modern project management software (Asana/Monday), and an openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize event planning workflows.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30–40% of the time to support field locations, client entertainment events, and offsite programs.
