Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Line Integration

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions — joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, connected mesh ecosystems that bring together hundreds of thousands of endpoints across the globe. Within Connected Warfare, the Mission Command team builds and operates the software and hardware backbone that other Anduril business lines build on top of: the golden configurations and OS images that ship on every fielded system, and the certification and provisioning pipelines that get hardware out of the factory and into the field. We sit at the center of the business — partnering daily with Anduril Ground Maneuver (AGM) and Compute & Comms (C&C) to make sure the platform serves their missions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Serve as the primary interface between Mission Command and the Ground Maneuver (AGM) and Compute & Communications (C&C) business lines, translating their mission and integration requirements into our platform roadmap.
• Own the day-to-day relationship with both business lines: track their upcoming programs, understand where our golden config, OS images, and provisioning pipeline block or accelerate their fielding timelines, and drive resolution.
• Represent AGM and C&C priorities in Mission Command planning; represent Mission Command's roadmap, constraints, and tradeoffs back to AGM and C&C leadership.
• Build and run a lightweight process for surfacing, triaging, and closing cross-business-line requests and dependencies before they become escalations.
• Partner with Mission Command engineering leads to scope and sequence work that serves both business lines without fragmenting the platform.
• Identify where AGM's and C&C's needs diverge or conflict, and drive the tradeoff conversations needed to reach a decision.
• Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies across all three organizations at a cadence each stakeholder group actually needs.
• Travel to AGM and C&C program sites as needed to stay close to how the platform is actually being used.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, technical product manager, or engineer working across multiple engineering/business organizations in a hardware or software product company.
• Track record owning a stakeholder relationship between a platform/infrastructure team and the product teams or business lines that depend on it.
• Solid technical aptitude — able to read a system architecture, understand where platform constraints come from, and hold your own in a room of engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable moving between engineering detail and business-line priorities in the same conversation.
• Experience driving cross-team roadmap tradeoffs to a decision, not just documenting them.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting defense, autonomy, or robotics programs.
• Familiarity with ground maneuver systems, tactical networking/comms, or C2 systems.
• Experience with release or fielding processes for embedded/OS-level software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
