Why Join Turing?
As a Research Partner, you will help drive revenue growth across Turing’s AI capabilities and talent solutions.
You will identify, develop, and expand client relationships, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification through solution development, negotiation, and closing.
This is a senior commercial role for someone who can independently originate and close complex business, build executive relationships, expand strategic accounts, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.
You will work closely with internal operations, talent, product, finance, and commercial teams to develop compelling proposals, deliver a strong client experience, and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.
As a Research Partner, You Will
Develop New Business

Own the Full Sales Cycle
Lead discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Understand client requirements and align Turing’s capabilities with their business and technical needs.

Commercial accountability: You will be expected to manage a qualified pipeline and consistently deliver against assigned commercial targets.
Complex stakeholder environments: You will work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders and must be comfortable navigating complex purchasing processes.
Independent execution: This role requires strong organization, judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Our Research Partners Typically Have
Senior commercial experience: Seven or more years in business development, strategic account management, consultative sales, or quota-carrying commercial roles.
New business ownership: A demonstrated record of independently originating, developing, and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
Executive-level relationship building: Experience building trusted relationships with business, technical, and executive decision-makers and navigating complex client organizations.
Strategic account expansion: A track record of expanding existing accounts through cross-selling, relationship development, and account strategy.
