What You’ll Do
The Data Center Operations Enablement team helps Data Center Operations work more efficiently and scale effectively by improving workflows, documentation, tools, and operational processes. In this role, you will:
Understand and Improve Operational Workflows
- Partner with Data Center Operations teams to understand day-to-day workflows, pain points, and operational needs.
- Map existing processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Help standardize processes and improve operational consistency across teams.
- Evaluate potential improvements based on operational value, effort, adoption needs, and long-term support requirements.
Build and Support Operational Solutions
- Develop and implement internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that address defined operational needs.
- Translate operational challenges into clear requirements and practical solutions.
- Test solutions, gather feedback, resolve common issues, and refine tools based on user needs.
- Support the deployment, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational tools and processes.
Drive Adoption and Enablement
- Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, user guides, training materials, and support resources.
- Help employees understand and incorporate new tools and processes into their daily workflows.
- Gather user feedback and recommend improvements that strengthen adoption and usability.
- Ensure solutions are documented well enough to be maintained and supported by others.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, and other partners to deliver operational improvements.
- Communicate requirements, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships that support the successful development and adoption of new solutions.
- Coordinate with appropriate partners to move solutions through established review and approval processes.
Measure and Improve Impact
- Review operational data and metrics to identify trends, recurring challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Track defined measures such as adoption, time saved, reduced manual effort, fewer errors, and solution health.
- Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend practical improvements to tools, processes, and enablement materials.
About the Role
The Enablement Solutions Specialist builds and supports practical tools, processes, and operational improvements that help Data Center Operations work more efficiently and scale effectively. Working closely with operations teams and cross-functional partners, you will identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve documentation, and introduce automation where it adds value.
This role combines operational problem-solving, hands-on solution development, documentation, and user enablement. You will work with internal tools, dashboards, AI-enabled solutions, and automation while helping teams adopt new ways of working.
The role sits within the Data Center Operations organization and partners closely with Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, Supply Chain, and business teams.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated ability to understand operational workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
- Experience translating operational needs into clear requirements, documented processes, or internal solutions.
- Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, user guides, training materials, or other operational documentation.
- Ability to test solutions, gather user feedback, troubleshoot common issues, and iterate on tools or processes.
- Familiarity with operational metrics and the ability to use data to evaluate adoption, efficiency, errors, or solution health.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate follow-up actions, and deliver defined work with guidance when complexity or risk increases.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain tools and technical concepts to non-technical employees.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in operations, data centers, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, or another technical or operational environment.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow management, reporting, automation, or internal tool development.
- Familiarity with scripting, SQL, low-code platforms, AI tools, dashboards, or business systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
