About the Team:
The People Development & Experience team is responsible for how Zoox grows and engages its people as we scale. Our scope spans learning & development, performance, engagement, and belonging, and we approach all of it with a focus on enabling real, lasting capability across the organization.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced L&D Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You bring strong L&D expertise and genuine business acumen, navigate environments where priorities evolve, and leadership input shapes direction, and deliver real impact without waiting for perfect conditions. You'll lead a small, developing L&D team while owning the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core learning programs.

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. Sitting at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and design, Zoox aims to provide the next generation of mobility-as-a-service in urban environments.
