Recruiting Engineer

The role

We're looking for a Recruiting Engineer to help our recruiting team move faster.

This is a great entry point for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth startup actually works. You'll work across roles spanning Sales, Engineering, AI, Operations, Marketing, and leadership, getting exposure to different teams, levels, and problems across the business.

You'll source exceptional people, help run candidate onsites, experiment with new recruiting tools, improve how we work, and jump into whatever will help us hire faster.

You'll also build an incredible network along the way, meeting talented operators, engineers, salespeople, executives, and founders across the AI ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Find and engage great candidates across technical and non-technical roles

• Research companies, industries, and talent markets

• Help run candidate interviews and onsite experiences

• Use AI, automation, and recruiting tools to make the team faster

• Keep recruiting processes organized and moving

• Work on roles across different teams and levels of seniority

• Jump into new projects wherever you can create leverage
