What you bring to the table

• Hands-on technical experience: comfortable using GitHub and writing code, clear technical thinking and ability to debug

• Comfortability with AI: Has built non-trivial AI automations to accomplish tasks more quickly

• Experience managing 10+ competing priorities

• Prior experience on live calls with customers (or exceptionally motivated to move their career in this direction)

• Ownership mentality: Strong project management skills, little oversight needed, and constantly finding ways to improve processes

What you'll work on here

• Enforcing post-sales services engagement model, so every enterprise deal has a clear scope and boundaries before kick-off

• Validating services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness

• Ensuring every enterprise customer go-live provides the foundation for increased AI credit usage, renewals, and expansions

• Full ownership of customer onboarding from deal close to go-live exection and first 14 days post-launch

• Resolving customer technical concerns related to platform capabilities

• Maintaining quality bar of migration completion from vendors and hands-on engagement in migration port-over when vendors aren't able to execute
