About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to support our GM, Korea and our Global Affairs, APAC executive based in Singapore. This person will help both leaders operate with clarity, focus, and momentum across Korea-specific priorities, APAC regional work, and HQ partnership.
You will manage highly dynamic calendars, complex travel, internal and external communications, and operating rhythms that keep leaders and teams aligned across markets and time zones. You will also serve as a key point of contact for executives visiting Korea from HQ, helping coordinate local context, schedules, logistics, and meetings.
This is a high-trust role that requires excellent judgment, discretion, cross-cultural fluency, and the ability to move quickly without losing precision.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments; enjoys creating order and systems; and is energized by supporting leaders who operate across geographies, functions, and stakeholder groups.
In this role, you will:
Translate executive priorities into coordinated action across teams.
Build scalable operating rhythms and systems that improve organizational clarity and follow-through.
Use sound judgment and AI-enabled workflows to increase executive leverage in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Efficiently manage and organize calendars for multiple leaders, ensuring an optimal schedule that accommodates internal and external commitments.
Take charge of coordinating internal meetings, including scheduling, forecasting, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Plan and organize comprehensive travel itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences for leaders.
Process and manage expense reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies.
Assist in the planning and executing team offsites and other events, contributing to team building and strategic planning initiatives.
Work closely with the broader executive operations team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external partners.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
7+ years experience in a cross-functional executive assistant role or similar support function.
Fluency in both Korean and English.
Successfully supported multiple leaders in the past.
Worked in a tech startup or similar environment.
Experience working across APAC markets and collaborating with U.S.-based HQ teams.
High cross-cultural EQ and ability to tailor communication styles for diverse stakeholders.
Strong operational rigor — able to run cadences, track priorities, and maintain alignment across time zones.
Comfortable supporting complex, rapid travel across international regions.
Strong communication - being able to tailor a message appropriate to a specific audience (writing an email to a Senator vs. a Customer vs. an Exec)
Discretion - this role will have exposure to sensitive knowledge so must be rock solid on confidentiality
Humility/diplomacy - this role has the potential to accrue power in a unique ways, but we want this person to be decisive and make noncontroversial decisions
Very fluent in Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc. and other modern productivity software, and are excited to learn and use new tools.
