Job Description
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.
We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.
We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.
About This Role:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support customers running AI inference workloads on Crusoe's cloud platform. Sitting within the Customer Experience organization, this role helps clients navigate the operational and technical challenges of deploying and scaling AI applications — from model serving and GPU utilization to production readiness. You will support customer relationships, act as a bridge to our technical teams, and help clients maximize the value of our AI and ML solutions. This is a full-time position based in the Bay Area, CA.
What You'll Be Working On:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and technical requirements as they deploy inference workloads.
Provide technical guidance to customers implementing and optimizing our cloud-based AI and ML solutions, including Kubernetes, model deployment, autoscaling, and observability.
Conduct regular reviews and report on customer progress against key performance indicators, monitoring adoption, inference consumption, latency, and uptime to surface growth opportunities and risks.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, CS, and Solutions teams to surface customer challenges and advocate for customer needs on inference platforms and AI services.
Deliver training sessions and workshops to customers on the use and benefits of our products and services.
Address and resolve customer concerns, supporting customers during escalations and service incidents and escalating complex issues as needed.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience supporting enterprise cloud, AI, machine learning, developer platform, or infrastructure customers in a customer success, technical account management, or similar role.
Solid technical foundation in cloud computing platforms, AI, and ML technologies, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
Working understanding of inference workloads, model serving architectures, Kubernetes, containers, APIs, and GPU infrastructure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical customer teams including AI, ML, and Platform Engineers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and/or iterative fact-sets.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic applications, and inference optimization concepts.
Experience supporting Managed Inference, model serving platforms, or GPU-based inference environments.
Experience contributing to customer case studies or advocacy programs.
