  • Conduct regular cycle counts and investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, organize, and replenish kanban areas within the manufacturing environment to support lean operations.
  • Enter, update, and manage inventory records in the organization's ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.) to support inventory tracking, reporting, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Operate a box truck (16 ft or larger) to facilitate material transport as required.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a warehouse or large-scale inventory environment.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other standard warehouse equipment.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience driving a box truck 16 ft or larger; a valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials in a warehouse setting in accordance with established safety guidelines.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with NetSuite or comparable enterprise inventory management platforms.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including kanban and 5S methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.
