Today, we are tapping into the boundless possibilities of AI to develop the next era of computing. In this era, GPUs, accelerated software, and AI factories become the brains of computers, robots, industrial systems, and autonomous machines.

As a Global Account Manager, Developer Relations, you will lead the technical efforts to advance integration of NVIDIA's libraries, models, and frameworks. This work will focus on Hitachi, one of our largest and most strategic industrial partners. You will partner with product teams at NVIDIA and Hitachi to encourage NVIDIA software integration into Hitachi platforms and solutions. This supports their long-term business and technical goals. This highly visible position aligns with our product organization to deliver joint solutions that move the needle and with our enterprise go-to-market organization to drive mutual success. The ideal candidate brings an outstanding blend of industrial ecosystem fluency, developer advocacy, and strong technical account management experience across energy, mobility, manufacturing, digital engineering, and enterprise AI.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive adoption of NVIDIA software libraries, open models, SDKs, NIMs, blueprints, and frameworks across Hitachi business, product, and engineering groups.

  • Partner with NVIDIA account, technical, product, and engineering teams to align integration priorities across multiple Hitachi businesses.

  • Accelerate critical Hitachi workloads by incorporating the NVIDIA software stack into products, platforms, and pipelines.

  • Connect NVIDIA DevTech, Solution Architecture, Developer Relations, and Product Engineering teams with Hitachi stakeholders to advance collaborative development and adoption.

  • Engage executive and technical leaders across NVIDIA and Hitachi to guide integrations, resolve technical challenges, track adoption, identify new workflows, and relay field insights.

  • Identify differentiated solution opportunities in Physical AI, DSX / AI Factory, Agentic AI, digital twins, edge AI, and industrial automation while fostering Hitachi needs inside NVIDIA.

  • Lead multi-functional partnership execution across product, engineering, solution architecture, GTM, marketing, ecosystem, and co-sell teams to deliver early wins, lighthouse successes, and long-term partnership impact.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in developer relations, product management, technical partnerships, business development, or solutions architecture.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience applying accelerated computing or AI to production workloads, including industrial AI, simulation, computer vision, edge AI, inference, agentic software, data processing, or digital twins.

  • Deep understanding of industrial platform ecosystems and the software stack that runs them, including energy infrastructure, rail and mobility, manufacturing, industrial automation, digital engineering, enterprise AI, or IT services.

  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners across sales, legal, product, and marketing teams.

  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts and articulate value propositions to audiences ranging from developers to C-suite executives.

  • Experience influencing partner product roadmaps and bringing joint solutions to market with strategic customers or ISV partners.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or PhD or equivalent experience in computing, electrical engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA software libraries, frameworks, and models, including CUDA-X, cuDSS, NIM, NeMo / Nemotron, Cosmos, Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Metropolis, DeepStream, PhysicsNeMo, Holoscan, Jetson, or IGX.

  • Deep experience working at or alongside Hitachi, or any major industrial technology partners, developer communities, or technical enablement programs.

  • Ability to translate developer sentiment, product requirements, and market shifts into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product roadmap decisions.

  • Domain experience in energy systems, grid modernization, AI factories, autonomous mobility, industrial digital twins, or operational technology / IT convergence.
